Water Pik is committed to supporting sustainability efforts and creating water-efficient products. As a company, Water Pik participates in a variety of programs to increase our environmental stewardship in addition to developing water-saving, energy-efficient products.

Climate Wise Participant

Since 2003, Water Pik has participated in the Climate Wise program offered by the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. Climate Wise is a voluntary program for businesses dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by promoting waste reduction, energy savings, alternative transportation, water conservation, and pollution prevention.

EPA WaterSense Partner

As a manufacturer of replacement shower heads, Water Pik is assisting the EPA with developing new shower head specifications. The EPA WaterSense shower head program is developing a 2.0 (gallon per minute) gpm specification for high-efficiency shower heads that will perform as well or better than their 2.5 gpm counterparts.

Our Products

In 2007, Water Pik successfully launched our first EcoFlow® shower head designed to reduce water usage from the standard 2.5 gpm to as little as 1.5 gpm. As a result, two lines of water savings were introduced. Our 1.5 gpm shower head reduces water consumption by 40% and our 2.0 gpm shower head reduces water consumption by 20% - without sacrificing superior shower performance or styling. In 2008, we expanded the EcoFlow product line to offer even more shower head options designed to conserve water while offering the performance that you've come to expect from Water Pik.
