Both Waterpik® Sonic-Fusion® and Waterpik® Complete Care provide compact, effective, and easy-to-use solutions for your brushing and flossing needs. However, there are important differences between them.
Read on to learn more about how these products are similar and how they are different so you can choose the product that is best for you.
Sonic-Fusion and Complete Care share many of the same features, including:
With Sonic-Fusion, you can brush and floss at the same time. It has a single power handle that allows you to push a button to switch from brushing, to flossing, to both. To do this, Sonic-Fusion uses a special patented brush head that includes a built-in flossing tip.
Sonic-Fusion is also global voltage compatible and comes with a 3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
Sonic-Fusion currently comes in two versions, the Sonic-Fusion 2.0 and the Sonic-Fusion 2.0 Professional, with the main differences being the shape of the unit and the professional model including an additional flossing brush head with magnetic brush head holder.
With Complete Care, the toothbrush and water flosser have separate power handles that are not combined, so you brush and water floss separately.
Complete Care is compatible with standard Waterpik Water Flosser tips including the Classic (JT-100E), Plaque Seeker (PS-100E), Pik Pocket (PP-100E ), and Implant Denture Tip (DT-100E).
Complete Care works only with North America voltage (120VAC/60Hz) and includes a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
It also comes in two versions, the Complete Care 9.0 and the Complete Care 5.0, with the main difference being the shape of the unit.
