If your patients require a Waterpik® Water Flosser for a medical condition such as gingivitis, the cost may qualify for reimbursement from their Flex Spending Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), or Health Savings Account (HSA).

For patients making a claim:

  1. Patients should verify with their plan administrator that the purchase is covered
  2. As the recommending dental professional, provide patients with a Letter of Medical Necessity
  3. Patients submit the letter and any required documentation to their plan administrator
